Class 1
Sewing Basics
learn how to use your machine!
Tuesdays, June 17, 24, & July 1
7:00-8:00 pm
$45 + $5 supply fee= $50 due at first class
Bring your own sewing machine and whatever came with it including the manual and bobbin. I'll supply the thread.
We'll learn and practice basic techniques including pattern reading + make a pennant banner

Class 3
A-line apron
Session 1 /Option 1
Tuesdays, July 15th, 29th & Aug 5th
7:00-8:30 pm
Session 2 /Option 2
Thursdays, July 24th, 31st & Aug 7th
10:00 am-12:00 noon
$40+$10 supply fee = $50 due at first class
Level: beginner- moderate
These are simple and fun to make and wear. Please let me know session/option (see below), color preference, and size (Adult S, M, L, or XL). If making this for someone else I recommend Adult S for most girls 10 and up. Bigger is always better than smaller for growing kids!
Bring your own sewing machine and bobbin.
Skills: how to read and use a pattern, straight and zig-zag stitching, hemming, simple embellishments, and turning if option 2 is chosen.

Options: 1)Ribbons for ties 2) Fabric for ties (heads-up this option is more time consuming and tedious)

Class 1
Pennant Banner
one 1 1/2 hour class
Session 1
Tue June 10th 10:00-11:30 am
Session 2
Wed June 11th 1:30-3:00 pm
Skill Level: easy beginner
Skills-straight stitching, chain sewing method, and using pinking shears
This could be decor for a birthday, holiday, or bedroom!
3 yds long including tails for hanging.
Cost: $10 + $5 supply fee = $15 due at first class
Bring your own sewing machine if you have one and an empty bobbin.

Please specify if you want a certain color scheme otherwise the fabrics will be yellow, purple, green, blue, and red, not as pictured.

Class 2
Knit Maxi Skirt
two 2 hour classes
Session 1
Thursdays June 12th & June 19th
10:00-11:30 am
Session 2
Wednesdays June 18th & 25th
1:30-3:00 pm
Skill level: moderate (student should have some sewing experience)
Skills- sewing with knit fabric, how to use body measurements for clothes that fit, attaching waistband, and hemming (optional)
Cost: $30 + $15 supply fee = $45 due at first class OR $30 if you buy your own fabric
Bring your own sewing machine if you have one and an empty bobbin.
This is a simple, comfy skirt and oh so fun to wear!

Class 3
18" Doll Reversible Skirt and Tote
two 1 1/2 hour classes
Session 1
Mondays June 16th & June 23th
1:30-3:00 pm
Session 2
Tuesdays June 17th & 24th

10:00 am-noon *time change*
Skill level: beginner
Skills- straight stitching, clipping curves, boxing corners, turning, sewing with Velcro, and top stitching
Cost: $20 + $5 supply fee = $25 due at first class OR $20 if you buy your own fabric
Bring your own sewing machine if you have one and an empty bobbin.

Doll pillows and blankets
Level: beginner
Thursday, July 10th
1:30-3:30pm
Cost: $12 + $3 supply fee = $15 total
Skills: Machine straight stitching, simple hemming, and simple trim application
Bring your own machine if you have one and a bobbin for it, I'll provide thread.
We'll make:
one 11 1/2" doll sized set
one 18" sized set

Class 5
Fabric Corner Bookmarks
Level: beginner
Monday, July 14
1:30-3:00 pm
Cost: $8 + $2 supply fee = $10 total
Skills: machine straight stitching, turning, and a little work with the iron
Bring your own machine if you have one and a bobbin for it, I'll provide thread.
We'll make 2.

Level: beginner
Thursday, July 10
9:30-11:30pm
Cost: $7 + $1 supply fee = $8 total
Skills: hand sewing and stuffing techniques
This can be used as a pin cushion too!
